Setur Marinas receive the “Best Employers in Turkey” award third year in a row
Setur Marinas was given for the third time in a row the “Best Employers in Turkey” award –the most well-attended workplace survey organized by the world’s foremost human resources and management consultancy firm Kincentric.
As a result of the “Kincentric Best Employers in Turkey” survey, which includes 2020 and the first quarter of 2021, conducted by the world’s leading human resources and management consultancy firm Kincentric, Setur Marinas was included in the “Best Employers in Turkey” list for 2020. A supporter of the development of the marina and maritime sectors in Turkey, Setur Marinas have received the “Best Employer in Turkey” award for the third time in a row.
Approximately 200 companies were reviewed from a list of 40 different sectors and approximately 350 companies included in the Kincentric Turkey database in 2020, and a total of 24 companies were recognized as “Best Employers in Turkey”. The “Kincentric Best Employers Survey” data, which is the most well-attended business survey in Turkey, are analyzed based on the opinions of the employers of each company. Survey results are assessed under four different categories including “Employee Engagement” as well as “Agility”, “Engaging Leadership” and “Talent Focus”
The Best Employers Program, which has been conducted worldwide for two decades and included more than 4,000 companies over the last 5 years, has been implemented in 78 different markets. The best employers are determined in line with the feedback from their respective employees during which period 15 million employees are interviewed.
